ABSTRACT:

The purpose of this work is to create and test an herbal face mask for shiny skin using natural ingredients. The Natural Face Pack contains some of the vitamins needed to keep our skin healthy and radiant. The modified structure was tested with different parameters such as organoleptic structures and physico-chemical parameters as well as stability and sensitivity testing and microbial load. The correction was found to be good for physical parameters, no skin irritation and maintained its consistency even after conditions to maintain microbiological stability and stability. Ayurvedic facial pockets help keep wrinkles, acne, acne and dark circles. They also make the skin smoother and smoother. Such ingredients also appear to be beneficial in many ways to our bodies. The natural facial pockets are a little more complex. They help us to take care of the skin and show its fitness through the circulation of blood in the facial veins.

Methods of Evaluation:

Compliance with the test parameters was performed to ensure the height of the adjusted face pack;

Organoleptic Evaluation:

The organoleptic parameters include their nature, color, aroma, feel and consistency that have been manually tested to determine its visual properties.20

Physical Evaluation:

Particle size was measured by means of a microscope. The flow material of the dried powder of the composite form was tested by making the Angle of Repose in the proper way, the density and density by tapping the Pressure Method.21

Physicochemical Evaluation:

Ash content is made using heat, pH is obtained using pH meter and drying loss is also done.7

Irritancy test:

Mark the area (1sq.cm) in the upper left area. The exact values of the prepared face packs were used in the specified area and the time was noted. Irritation, erythema, edema, were checked for normal up to 24 hours and reported.22

Stability studies:

The stability test of the prepared structure was performed to form F2 by keeping it at different temperatures for a period of one month. Stained-glass glass containers stored at different temperatures i.e., room temperature, 35ºC and 40ºC and tested for portable parameters such as Color, Scent, pH, Compatibility and Sound.23

Determination of Microbial Load:

The modified structure was tested for Total Viable Count, the presence of non-gram-negative bacteria such as E. coli, Salmonella and Pseudomonas are the BAC-Test Laboratory in Nashik.16

RESULT AND DISCUSSION:

Physical parameters:

The unique design of the face pack was designed and tested portable parameters shown in Table 2. Flow area parameter showed free flow structures. The composition colors were different due to the variability of the composition of the content. The composition of F1, F2 and F4 was slightly yellow in color and the composition of F3 showed a greenish-yellow color. The scent of the modified makeup was welcome as beautiful and desirable as the make-up of cosmetics. The particle size was between 22.5±2.85μm to 26.4±5.44μm. The pH of the whole structure lies close to the average diameter i.e. 6 to 7 pH. Ash and humidity were above the limit (Table 3).

Irritancy test:

The results of the irritation test are shown in Table 4. The formulations of F1, F3 and F4 showed less irritation due to the presence of powder 24 of turmeric. Preparations prepared by reducing the concentration of turmeric i.e. F2 formation do not show redness, edema, Swelling and irritation during the study of irritability. This formula is safe to use on the skin.

Stability studies:

Stability studies showed small changes in the composition pH maintained at 40ºC and no changes were observed at room temperature and at 35ºC. Structural odor was changed slightly after one month of stability at 40ºC and there was no change in color and aroma in some of the stabilization conditions listed in Table 5.

Determination of Microbial Load:

Microbial load showed Total Viable Count (867 CFU/ g), as well as testing for the presence of E-gram-negative bacteria. coli, Salmonella and non-permeable pseudomonas per gram shown in Table 6.

Formulation F2 has been found to be good for physical parameters, has no irritation of the skin and maintains its consistency even after the last stressed conditions. It is suggested that the modified formations were physico-chemically and microbiologically stable, and have elements of the normal composition of skincare cosmeceuticals.

CONCLUSION:

In this case, people need treatment for various skin problems without any side effects. Herbal supplements opened the way for cosmetics without any harmful effects. Herbal facial pockets are considered a continuous and productive way to improve the appearance of the skin. So in the current work, it is a good effort to make an herbal face pack containing natural ingredients such as multani mitti, turmeric, aloe vera, sandalwood, orange peel, neem and nutmeg. It is suggested that the modified formations were physico-chemically and microbiologically stable, and have elements of the normal composition of skincare cosmeceuticals.
