ABSTRACT:
The point of the current exploration is to assess the antiurolithiatic impact of ethanolic extract ready from the leaves of Sida veronicaefolia (Lam), in regard to its ethnobotanical record. Urolithiasis is actuated by Ethylene glycol (0.75%v/v)- Ammonium chloride (2%w/v) induce urolithiasis in exploratory wistar rats. Experimental urolithiatic rats received the prepared Sida veronicaefolia (Lam) leaves extract for 14 days. Histopathological and biochemical examination of a kidney section were carried out. Leaves extricate Sida veronicaefolia (Lam) (500 mg/kg) applied potential antiurolithiatic movement on urolithiatic test rodents.
