ABSTRACT:
This is perspective study by prakrati, majority of students presented the prakrati of pitta –kaph prakrati irrespective of variables i.e., blood group, dietary pattern etc. Those student detected with high blood pressure or borderline high blood pressure who are consuming vegetarian diet has broken the myth that high blood pressure generally found in those who consuming non vegetarian diet/mixed diet.
